2, How about the customs duty?
The price does not include any customs duty.

3, Do your products have warranty?
Yes, It is one year warranty. If there is some quality problem, send the defective to us. We will repair it or resend new one to you.
4, What can I do when long time passed I still did not get the parcel?
This situation always happened with post office air parcel. When you found your parcel tracking info shows parcel have left China mainland, but no info on your local post office website, now your parcel is on the way to your country, or arrived at your country but only because your local post officer is too busy to deal with your parcel temporary, please be patient.
When the receipt time is less than 10 days left and you still did not get the parcel, please contact with us, we will extend the receipt time for you and try to help find the reason for delay and try to solve, any news will let you know in time.
